You will have a total of 12 weeks (levels), each one featuring only one song and character to go up against, and in addition to the blue one, you can find Kissy Missy and other spooky characters from this horror video game series as antagonists, or even DJs.
To win you need to reach the end of the songs, and that is only achieved by playing your notes according to the charts. This means that you have to press arrow keys at the same time as the identical arrow symbols match above the screen.
